If you plan to bring a pet, you must check the breed restrictions BEFORE BOOKING and accept our pet policy. 1. Immediately clean up pet waste and dispose of bagged/sealed waste in an outdoor trash can or pet waste receptacle, if provided. 2. Keep them leashed or crated whenever they're outside. Pets need to be crated if you are leaving them alone. 3. You acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused. 4. Pay the pet fee prior to receiving check-in instructions. There is a $65 non-refundable pet fee to cover the additional cleaning expenses. Prohibited Dog Breeds: -German shepherds -Pit bull terriers -Cane corsos -Rottweilers -Staffordshire terriers -Akitas -Mastiffs -Great Danes -Doberman pinschers ***No smoking on the premises (inside or outside a unit). P.O. boxes available for rent at the post office. ***$35 fine if you log out of the TV apps without first permission. ***No parties: Guests are welcomed and encouraged to invite family and friends over for socializing. Guests have full use of the home, front porch and backyard - this is a private space for guests. The only exclusions include a locked second bedroom, locked garage, and locked shed in the backyard. Guests are not permitted in these spaces. There is a small garden on the property that is occasionally tended and often enjoyed by local critters. While it’s not heavily maintained, you’re welcome to harvest any ripe vegetables or strawberries that may be growing during your stay. Just consider it a bonus if nature hasn’t beaten you to it! ———— Please Note: Use of Outdoor Play Equipment Outdoor play equipment such as a rope swing, playset, or trampoline may be present on the property.
